Understanding your customers

‘If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck’. The duck test implies that we can identify something by observing its habitual characteristics. All too often we make our own grand assumptions, mentally label something or someone to short cut our conclusions, and none
